中原工学院非学历外国留学生考勤管理
规定(试行)
为加强我校非学历外国留学生(以下称“学生”)考勤纪律管理,确保教学、教育活动秩序,进一步提升培养质量,特制定本管理规定。
一、考勤内容
(一)凡学校教学计划规定的所有课程:如上课(包括讲授课、讨论课、习题课、复习课、训练课)、教学实践、考试、考查、测验、实习、教学参观、文化课堂、社会调查等各种形式的活动,均计入学生考勤。
(二)凡学校或学院要求参加的所有活动:如法律法规教育、安全教育、留学生管理会议、校运动会、文化体验、文化交流等活动,均计入学生考勤。
二、考勤记录
考勤记录由课程任课教师或活动的主持教师负责。每次课程和活动都要认真记录考勤,包括迟到、迟到时间和原因、早退和旷课情况等。每两周汇总一次交国际合作与交流处备案。
三、考勤类别
(一)按时到达课程、活动并直至结束不离开的学生,记为正常出勤。迟到1-10分钟的学生,记为“迟到”。
(二)未经允许在课程、活动结束前离开的学生,记为“早退”。
(三)每迟到或早退2次视为1次旷课。迟到超过15分钟的学生,记为“旷课”。
(四)学生未经请假或请假未准擅自不参加学校必须参加的课程和活动,均视为旷课。
(五)假期结束后未按时返校上课的学生(因病住院并提供有效医疗记录证明者除外),视为“旷课”。
四、旷课处理
(一)学生累计旷课达16学时,给予警告处分;
(二)累计旷课16 学时以上不足32 学时,给予严重警告处分;
(三)累计旷课 32学时以上不足50 学时,给予留校察看处分;
(四)累计旷课50学时以上,给予勒令退学处分。
被退学的学生,学校将向公安部门报备并注销其居留许可。
本规定解释权在国际合作与交流处。

Attendance Regulations for Non-Degree International Students
(Pilot Implementation Version)
To strengthen attendance discipline management for non-degree international students (hereinafter "Students"), ensure the orderly conduct of teaching and educational activities, and further enhance educational quality, these Regulations are hereby established.
Article 1: Attendance Scope
(1) All activities specified in the university's teaching plan shall be recorded, including, but not limited to, the following: lectures (theoretical, practical and tutorial), seminars, revision sessions, examinations, assessments, quizzes, internships, academic visits and cultural workshops.
(2) Mandatory participation in University or Faculty-organized activities includes:education on laws and regulations,safety education,International student management meeting, ZUT’s sports games, cultural immersion activities.
Article 2: Attendance Records
Course instructors or activity supervisors shall maintain detailed attendance registers for every session, documenting Late arrivals (with duration and justification),early departures and unauthorized absences. Consolidated records shall be submitted fortnightly to the International Office for archival.
Article 3: Attendance Classification
(1) Punctual Attendance: Present at commencement and remains throughout. Late Arrival: 1-10 minutes late.
(2) Early Departure: Unauthorized departure prior to dismissal.
(3) Every 2 instances of lateness/early departure = 1 absence.Students who are more than 15 minutes late will be recorded as "absent".
(4) Students who fail to attend compulsory sessions without obtaining prior leave or having their leave requests denied shall be deemed absent without authorization
(5) Students who fail to resume academic attendance after scheduled breaks shall be deemed absent without authorization, save for those hospitalized with certified medical documentation.
Article 4: Sanctions for Unauthorized Absence
(1) 16 cumulative contact teaching hours: Warning
(2) >16 but <32 contact teaching hours: Serious warning
(3) >16but<50 contact teaching hours: Probation
(4) >50 contact teaching hours: Dismissal
Students who are subject to compulsory termination of studies shall be reported to immigration authorities for revocation of their residence permits.
Interpretative authority for these Regulations resides with the International Office.
